Call Transfer
How it works..
Any call made through the system allows you to transfer the call to another user even if it is on your mobile phone. To make a call through the system (see: Call back, Line out, Geographic number, One number)
This is popular with people who are out of the office a lot but part of an organisation. It allows them to pass calls onto colleagues who may be in a better position to help the caller.
Dial ## during a call to initiate transfer Dial ** to return to original caller if no-one picks up or you reach their voicemail etc.
Paul / (Increased Customer Satisfaction – Increased Sale)
Paul came to Barclay with very specific needs. With his own property agency in Armagh he wanted his staff to focus on three things selling houses quickly, maximising return, and doing both as quickly and efficiently as possible
The problem was he was receiving complaints from clients that agents were not returning important calls!
Barclay implemented “Call transfer” into his practice meaning all calls that were received into the office were then redirected to the agent required enabling them to respond much more quickly to the problem in question.
Three months on Paul tells us.... “The result is every agent's dream: no more missed calls and lots more transactions, Thanks”.
